EDITORIAL REVIEWS | Product Description The Supernova Model is a client service, client acquisition, and practice management model that drives an explosive acceleration in revenue and client satisfaction by capitalizing upon the 80/20 Rule. First implemented by financial advisors at Merrill Lynch—under the leadership of author Rob Knapp—it has grown increasingly popular within the financial services industry. The Supernova Advisor skillfully outlines this proven model and reveals how it can be used to create an exceptional experience for your clients, while significantly growing your business. |
CUSTOMER REVIEWS (Average Customer Rating: 5.0 based on 14 reviews)
| Focuses your efforts by Frederick A. Lambert II (Pensacola) 5 Stars September 25, 2009 Rob Knapp has shared his experience of a client centered financial advisor practice. He not only gives the concept, but the actual processes and actions needed to implement. I've implemented Rob's 12/4/2 client contact process and have overhauled my practice for the better. A must read for any financial advisor who cares about his or her clients.
| | A Useful Tool, Regardless of how you define a perfect client by Loraine F. Fields (Hanover, MA) 5 Stars August 24, 2009 Great, step by step process that is easy to implement. My only concern is that it seems most books on Financial Advisors focus on the high net worth individuals and this book is no exception. It provides great ideas for providing superior customer service but I would suggest that all clients deserve great service, regardless of their net worth.
| | Perfect Timing for the Supernova Advisor! by Kimberly A. Firestone (Dublin, Ireland) 5 Stars July 29, 2008 Rob is a passionate and inspirational leader who whole-heartedly believes in doing the right thing and changing lives for the better. If you have the courage to believe and faith to cross the invisible bridge which thousands have already done it can be extremely rewarding both personally and professionally! Rob is an exceptional supporter and encourager to have along throughout this journey. If you believe, it will happen.
| | Must read by Matthew S. Porter (Boston MA) 5 Stars March 12, 2008 It you are a new Financial Advisor, I suggest you read this book. You know how people say "I wish i knew back then what I know now". Well this book is the answer to that question. And the best thing is it is short and to the point. Hey, you could probably write it off too.
| | Contact is Not Discipline - It's Ritual by Paul R. Garrido (Boston, MA) 5 Stars February 07, 2008 When Rob Knapp writes about contact not being a discipline, but a ritual, with reference made to Jim Loehr, he is from my perspective, discussing the most useful tool one can deploy in taking oneself to a higher level of performance.
Given the foregoing, in my view, this is a must read book, for anyone focused, competitive and driven.
