| no more kidney stones by Al Moscoso (maui) 2 Stars June 09, 2009 It would be impossible to review since I didn't receive the book that was intended to be sent to me but instead went to my friend in Aspen.
I might go there this summer and maybe I will see the book then.
You were nice enough to refund me for the book and I gave you feedback about how it happened already.
Sincerely, Al Moscoso

| | Hannah by Hannah L. Chauvet 5 Stars June 27, 2008 My husband has just had 4 bouts of kidney stones in the past couple of years. This book was really helpful in letting us know what to do to prevent another stone attack. Thank you Dr. Rodman and Ms. Seidman!
| | Help yourself reduce incidents of kidney stones by Geezer 5 Stars February 20, 2008 If you've ever had a kidney stone, let alone multiple ones, you have probably gotten to the place you'll do anything to reduce the chances of forming more. This book by members of the medical community is very reader-friendly yet very informational. The best thing you can do for yourself is educate yourself on things in the diet which effect the formation of stones, and the importance of drinking vast quantities of water. That may be a pain, but not as painful as a kidney stone!
| | Best kidney stone book I have read. by Jack S. (California) 5 Stars January 20, 2008 "No More Kidney Stones" was the best kidney stone book I have read in regard to prevention.
The important prevention ideas include:
1) to drink water late in the day.
2) to eat early and quit eating early, if possible.
3) a list of common medications for prevention.
4) a list of high oxalate foods (some oxalate lists are contradictory on the internet.)
I'm grateful for the book....Robert
