| | Helpfulness of topic by Patricia Holley (Virginia) 4 Stars September 29, 2009 The book was in fine shape. There was a lot of information to help people with a glutten problem. The only thing about the whole book is that I am a single person and the receipes make way to much and are high in calories. Still I am glad I ordered the book just for reference. Susie
| | Finally! by D. McGaffin (Omaha) 5 Stars August 22, 2009 Wow is this a helpful book! We just discovered that my daughter has a problem with glutten. It has taken 18 years to figure out why she always felt bad. After 3 visits to the hospital, many Dr. visits, and many missed days of school, we finally got it figured it out. This book is so full of information and much needed knowledge on how to deal with this. It is a must read for those dealing with any kind of glutten intolerance. It is so nice to see energy and life in her eyes again!
Thank you to the seller! This arrived so quickly and is so appreciated because we were disperate.

| | Good Basic Overview by Kathryn M. Kruger (New Orleans, LA) 3 Stars July 30, 2009 This book provides a good basic overview for those individuals who recently discovered they need to be on a gluten free diet. It is very basic but is a good introduction (one that is not overwhelming) for the newly GF person.
