Never received book and I am having no luck getting a response back from the company of where it is. I am a little disappointed that it is over a month and the company is not getting back to me, my daughter is upset because she has an exam this week and is not prepared because she has not been able to read the material included in the book that has not been received. Please help us find out what is going on, thank you.
