| | STUDENT TEXTBOOK WARNING by Little Apple (California) 1 Stars October 03, 2009 AWFUL EXPERIENCE! Had the absolutely worst experience ever ordering a book through Amazon. It was a very important textbook for an intensive graduate level class. The book never came. I waited and waited and ended up getting 3 weeks behind in class. I called early on to addres the issue and all the book company said is that I had to wait until it arrived and that they were covered with a 30 day gurantee. they never offered to remedy it by sending another book considering the circumstances, and I had to wait the 30 days to get my money back. The book store even had the nerve to ask me to delete my honesty comments since they had provided me with the refund. Read the fine print about ordering and timing. Beware!!!
