| | Not quite what I expected by S. I. Churchill (Michigan) 3 Stars November 21, 2009 I was hoping for a primer on how to incorporate the Mediterranean Diet into my life. This book was more about cooking specific mediterranean recipes/food. I wanted to know how to incorporate everyday foods into a healthy program "based" on the Mediterranean Diet. There is nothing wrong with this book, it just wasn't what I was looking for and consequently, is not getting much use. :-(
| | BAD by L. Krell 1 Stars November 20, 2009 I seen this book on TV and ordered it, BUT I never got it. Ordered It thru Amazon from a company called "Bargainsdepatched", I was charged right away, never received the book. Thanks to Amazon I got a credit on my charge, I have never had problems ordering anything thru Amazon before, and I will order from them again but not
"BARGAINSDEPATCHED"
So I don't have any idea if the cook book is good or not.
| | Mediterranean Cook Book by Am Buyer 2 Stars November 15, 2009 I am not too well satisfied with this book. A lot of the recipes are all made with the basic ingredients. Was looking for other options but did not find them.
