this book is a must for all sufferers of arthritis and gout, hooray for dr. Barnard!!

That said, I'm sure it's really helpful for the less informed who are encountering health issues for the first time and need some help transforming the way they eat, from junk to food.

If you're looking for REAL solutions, this is a MUST READ. His books are VERY revealing and his suggestions/prescriptions actually work!! Don't pass this up! I've only just begun to incorporate his suggestions, and the weight is dropping off like I've never experienced before! I recommend "Breaking the Food Seduction," and "Foods That Cause You to Lose Weight."
