Product Description
Dr. Ariel Soffers book on Mitral Valve Prolapse (MVP) Syndrome provides much useful information for patients with the Mitral Valve Prolapse syndrome. It is based on a large body of published literature on "Dysautonomia" and his many years' experience in dealing with MVP patients in a compassionate and clinically sound manner. Patients with Mitral Valve Prolapse syndrome should find Dr. Ariel Soffer's work very useful, both in understanding their symptoms, and in learning to manage their condition in physiologically sound ways that address the underlying causes. His common-sense and clinical-wise recommendations are particularly attractive, given the bothersome, but generally benign, long-term course of the disease. Readers will learn about common symptoms, diagnosing and ruling out other problems, "The Five Key Treatment Principles", the mind-body connection, patient profiles and more.

I enjoyed this book. It explained things about Mitral Valve Prolapse that only a doctor could know from helping hundreds of patients. Easy to read and truly insightful. Also, very easy to read with no doctor-talk and no fluff. Don't hesitate to purchase.
