The Preparatory Manual of Black Powder and Pyrotechnics is a new recipe Handbook discussing the worlds most commonly used pyrotechnic compositions. The book contains multiple sections on pyrotechnics including black powder, high performance rocket propellants and gun propellants, general pyrotechnic compositions, specialty and experimental compositions, and fireworks. The book even includes sections on specialty pyrotechnic compositions such as incendiary compositions, cloud seeding compositions, and pyrotechnic welding compositions. All compositions are discussed in great detail with complete processes for manufacture. The book discusses a total of 1187 pyrotechnic compositions all with a variety of uses, and methods of production. Version 1.4 is the same as the original version, but includes updated hazard information, and a test and review section.
