| | A subpar book for Vince Flynn by Harry M. Shin (Livermore, CA USA) 3 Stars October 30, 2009 1. Vince Flynn suffers from the fact that since most of his books are consistently good, one then expects that all of his books will be excellent.
2. This book is one of the subpar Vince Flynn books; ie it's still "ok", but not great. The main problem I have with this book is the 2-3 different story lines, which in the end, never merge with each other. Perhaps it's a stylistic thing, but it's not my cup of tea. I just find that kind of writing, distracting and at worst, it seems as if the author is just trying to create more pages without adding anything to the core story.
| | The Thrills Continue by Craig R. Cooper-wyble (Hawaii) 5 Stars September 23, 2009 Once again, Vince Flynn provides great drama and suspense in his latest Mitch Rapp novel. This was a great and sadly, a fast read for my family.
