Delightful reading, but beware! by Casper Paludan (New York, NY USA)  5 Stars

I am only writing this review out of fear that someone take up the other reviewer's advice and buy this book as "light subway reading" or that a serious protein chemist NOT buy it for the same reason. This is a truly fascinating book but you had better have your thermodynamics fresh in mind because you will need it here. The prevailing theories about protein folding are explained in great detail. This book is specialized in the best meaning of the word!
