This is a technique you can call on at any time; you don't need to make an appointment with a therapist; you don't need to spend time with additional self help books. Just use the technique!

Forgiveness, as addressed in this empowering read, I found to be especially helpful. I also highly recommend another motivational book: Walking the Trail, One Man's Journey Along the Cherokee Trail of Tears, by Jerry Ellis.
| | nicely done by Adam Rose (Portland, OR) 5 Stars December 29, 2008 The instructions are presented clearly, and several variations are included which is good because I don't like to use the prescribed steps she describes as her main method. Most of the book is spent with examples, which is no surpirse because the method is so simple that it couldn't take up too much space.
Like anything this has to be used to be effective, and as well as it works I am amazed how little I use it since when I do use it, it really helps me feel better. Now I've just gotta find a shrink to analyze why I don't do this more often. That said, if you remember to use this simple, quick, and effortless technique, I think you will probably be happy you bought the book.

What was bothering me for weeks (dentist appointment) now doesn't get much of a reaction from me. Yesterday and the days before that I most probably would have said dentist appointment--AAAAAHHHH!
so, thanks, I'll be reading more of the book...

The author explains different types of Meridian therapies (I started with Gary Craig's EFT) and simplifies the process. It helped me to make sense out of the concepts and methods. Highly recommended and does not take long to read.
