| Mindful Meditation by Elizabeth A. Olsen (Santa Rosa, California) 2 Stars June 12, 2009 I thought I chose one cd titled Mindful Meditation. When I emailed to make sure it would be delivered within 3 days, I learned that I had actually ordered 17 tapes and that they were packaged and ready to go, so I agreed to the tapes. I received the order on time,it was more material than I needed, for $17.99. I would have preferred to have the choice of ordering one tape for less money.

The book that is recommended to accompany the meditations "Full Catastrophe Living" is full of good tools to adjust to life's challenges. I'm sure the meditation tapes would help, too - but the voice - the voice!!!!
