Good for the Vascular Neurology boards by jmk (Dayton, OH) 4 Stars

I read this book cover-to-cover to prepare for my Vascular Neurology boards, and I passed. I found the book very useful. However, it was published in 2003, and may have limited usefulness for future board testing. It has a great review of pertinent studies in stroke neurology.

Perfect! by jmk (Dayton, OH) 5 Stars

I used this volume as my primary resource for the ABPN's Vascular Neurology boards, and I passed. The book is very concise, and reading it cover to cover is not a daunting task. I strongly recommend this book for anyone taking the Vascular Neurology boards, and also for any neurology resident wishing to pursue a stroke fellowship or gain a deeper knowledge of stroke treatment.
