| | Defective book by Kona (San Diego, CA United States) 1 Stars August 07, 2008 When I recived the book and was looking for a topic under the Table of Contents I then looked for the page it was on and figured it was missing. Not just one page but 50 pages were missing and pages 46-90 (aprox..I already returned it) were printed twice. So I exchanged the book again and the same problem...BAD BATCH! Too bad this book had topics I had questions about my dad's brain cancer...disapointed.
