This is my 5th copy of this book.. Someone in editing needs to be fired.. They totally messed this latest copy up.. I founf multiple errors in the index and they messed up the peds dose tables.. Please someone fix the next edition...

I have always been a big fan and use my Pharmacopoeia everyday, but I did not like the newest edition/copy that I got. The font is larger and organized different than I am very used to from the past editions. I instead continue to use the 2008 Edition.

This is a nice pocket guide. I am a FNP student, however, not only do I see it in our pockets but the pockets of physicians as well. I think that is is a pocket must have. I use it more that my PDA to be honest.
