CUSTOMER REVIEWS (Average Customer Rating: 4.5 based on 15 reviews)
| Reliable Classic by RornDoone (Small Town, Rural USA) 4 Stars June 29, 2009 Each year, a Tarascon Pharmacopeia gets published, and it is a superb reference. Since it is small, portable, reliable, and fairly comprehensive, you can find one in a medical student's pocket right along with the Scut Monkey, the Wash Manual, the calipers, and the reflex hammer. A classic mainstay of medical education, I still keep one among my current office references. Then, I used it multiple times in an hour. Now, I use it every couple of days. I'm comfortably familiar with the format and find the Tarascon impeccably reliable.
| | pocket reference by John Anthony Mosby 5 Stars June 26, 2009 This is an exceedingly useful pocket reference book. I utilize it several times a day in my busy clinical work, and intend to update to the latest edition as soon as available. Of course, pricing, delivery, and integrity of product were on the usual excellent level.
| | Pharmacology by Hannah Doyle (Pittsburgh, PA) 5 Stars May 23, 2009 This product is great for any professional in the medical field who needs to know about medications! This is a great size because it fits right in your lab coat pocket. Also, the size is small enough to carry around but also big enough to read without any problems. I am currently a student studying to be a Physician Assistant, and I find this book very useful and easy to use. The book is divided into indications for the drug and also there is an index in the back for a quick look up for a specific drug. The book is low price and such a handy reference. I recommend to all medical professionals!
| | great to have in your pocket! by E. Helton (Scranton, PA, USA) 5 Stars May 03, 2009 This book is great to be able to have in your pocket for quick reference. It is organized by category with an index in the back. I highly recommend it.
| | Can't live without this by Corey J. Mayberger (Norfolk, Nebraska USA) 5 Stars April 19, 2009 If you are prescribing medications, you need this. Of course this is essentially the bare minimum of information that you need, but if you need quick information on meds that are out of your specialty, this is the source.
