pretty much common sense, but I guess all "dummies" books are like that. I didnt find it very helpful.

Helpful Information in a Simple format by D. Smith (California USA) 5 Stars
March 09, 2009
The book is written in a format that allows the reader to jump around and only read the topics that may apply to his/her situation. I found it helpful after reading just portions of several chapters. I have a greater understanding of identifying and treating the problem.

Here's practical advice on dealing with anxiety by D. Lewis (Glastonbury, Connecticut) 5 Stars
October 05, 2008
This is an invaluable book for these times of high anxiety! It's a practical guide to dealing with fears, worries and anxiety attacks. The authors' writing style is appealingly laid-back and friendly and their advice is sound, whether they're talking about the triggers to anxiety, remedy options, or how to know when professional help is needed. I highly recommend this book.
