| Good by E. Cash (NJ) 5 Stars March 10, 2010 My mom is on almost a completely vegan diet and she loves this book. She also loved the fact that is is a "for dummies book".
| | Very informative and easy to understand by Mitzi B. Austin (Virginia) 5 Stars November 02, 2009 This book is great for beginners to a vegetarian lifestyle. It has helped me tremendously.
| | Very informative, fantastic find. by Kate Amstutz (Orrville, Ohio United States) 5 Stars February 07, 2009 I really like the 'dummies' books, they keep so much information easily organized and simple to find. I highly recommend this resource.
| | Good for basic information by Kiya Mia (Florida) 4 Stars October 22, 2007 I think the book is good as a stepping stone resource. Personally I prefer her book Vegetarian Cooking for Dummies. It has a bunch of really delicious recipes. I've always hated beans but the recipes she's included with beans are delicious. The recipes she's included are pretty much fool proof and I've liked almost all of the ones in the book. This being vegetarian for dummies repeats a lot information in the other book and expands on a couple of other topics. I found the other book more helpful in a practical sense. Check it out.
| | Best book out there.... by M. Davis 5 Stars July 05, 2007 Wonderful explanations, definitions etc. All you could ever ask for in a book! Thanks to this book I am so much more educated on being vegetarian!
