Accessible to kids but not dumbed down by Jean Charles Mourey (Côte d'Azur, France) 5 Stars
August 01, 2007
An excellent science book that is accessible to children, but does not dumb down the science. Several sophisticated concepts are presented. The content is current on some of the latest research on black holes and astrophysics. Relatively thin book, large format with lots of pictures including many with real scientific value, not just pretty pictures.
