The clinical approach encompasses evidence-based medicine as well as practical pearls for the diagnosis and management of arrhythmia disorders. Chapters provide a comprehensive discussion of arrhythmia disorders, from noninvasive diagnostic strategies through pharmacologic and invasive therapeutic strategies. The level of sophistication ranges from the most basic to more sophisticated topics, and provides an excellent complement to Josephson's more advanced text. |

| | Great Companion to Josephson or text for non-electrophysiologist by Cards Doc (Boston, MA) 5 Stars November 24, 2008 Just got this book. This makes a great clinically-based companion to the Josephson text. It is appropriate for general cardiologists who want to learn basic clinical EP and for electrophysiologists/trainees who want a clinical textbook. Also appropriate for internists with an interest in arrhythmias. It is very clincally-based and extremely readable.
