| Motor Control: Translating Research into Clinical Practice by Bobby Nabeyama (Queens New York) 5 Stars October 24, 2008 Shumway Cook and Woolacott just improve this text with the latest edition. This text explains motor control thoroughly from pathology to disability for the clincian. If you're looking for tricks and techniques like many therapists this is not you. But, if you enjoy research to back up what you do buy this.

The content is very well written and in an easy way. I am Brazilian and, at least in Rio de Janeiro where I live, Dr. Shumway-Cook's book offer a different point-of-view to the new PT's to not only evaluate neurological patients but also to develop a better treatment planning.
