What makes it so highly valuable is that it has online access and therefore a resident can spend any downtime before a case reading online and reviewing for the case to be performed. This book, and its online access, will ensure that you don't go into any cases "cold".

It gives you valuable information on theoretical knowledge on different diseases, preoperative planning, postoperative management and surgical techniques. Expensive but worth the price.
