I was happy to get this dictionary. It has helped me locate definitions that I could not find in my classroom book. I have A and P and this has helped in this class as well. Great resources tohave if you are continuing in the medical field.

This is a must for any medical student or anyone wanting to know medical definitions. This is a very nice dictionary & I would highly recommened it.

Although the book I received was the correct edition and still in the original packaging, it claimed to be thumbed but definitely was not. I was very disappointed upon opening and discovering this folly.

Donald Venes, MD is NOT the author of this revision, if it matters to anyone; he is the EDITOR! Why can't you get your attributions right? Why don't you care? Why are you so sloppy? Why does Amazon let you get away with such sloppiness? And, you don't even have a tab for corrections for your mis-listings, only image comments. Unbelievable! How bloody arrogant! If you can't get it right in the first place, why should anyone want you to tell more people faster? That is not only stupid but you are aiding in making the readership equally stupid. Idiocy loves company, I guess. - sick to my stomach with this...

What more can be said about how valuable a reference this book is if you're in the health care profession. It's truly priceless. I have the mobile edition as well. Get it!
