The book is packed with all the information and details necessary to know. Not only patients, but family and loved ones, caregivers, and anyone who would like to know more about this disease which affects men, women and children. Dr. Peter Black has created this book in a very concise way making it very easy to understand all this valuable information.

This book provides a wealth of background information to help one understand more about tumors, treatment, and recovery. Not only does it address it from a medical perspective, but it also lets one know what to expect in terms of side effects and psychological effects. This book is a great starting point to aid one in this great challenge. It will not answer all questions, but it is a good start and it provides some answers for questions you might not have thought of asking.

Absolutely superb book by world renowned neurosurgeon Peter Black, M.D. Everything is easy to understand and he "tells it like it is". Took his book to an appointment I had with him and pulled it out and told him that I had a great book for him to read. He laughed (very patient oriented doc and sense of humor) and asked if I wanted it autographed.
