This book is very specific in one of the most innovative field of the last 10 years, the deposition of thin films of diamond. It explains you very well both how to do, and why it works. Theory and experiments are fully covered with a particular effort to make every single line fully understandable. It is a milestone for all the people would like to know more about the issue and also for all the people already working in the field, mainly because it contains an essential and complete reference section.
