OVER ALL THE BOOK IS VERY GOOD , BUT I WOULD PREFARED, IF STARTED WITH PHARMACOKINETICS AND PATHOPHYSIOLOGY OF CHEMOTHERAPY , IN PEADIATRIC ,OR IF ORGANIZED AS ATKINSON CLINICAL PRACTICE IN BMT . AS FEW BOOKS PUBLISHED IN PEDIATRIC BMT .
