CUSTOMER REVIEWS (Average Customer Rating: 5.0 based on 1 review)
| Very insightful by Catharsis (Hollywood, CA USA) 5 Stars December 01, 2008 Filled with down right fundamental information on what happens to the body as we age (and social information too etc..). Even the stuff, of which we already knew, ends up getting a whole new twist to it (being explained medically has it's advantages). Example (although not in the book mind you): we warm up before we exercise (what dose this mean?).... We bring moister to the joints....
You see - giving it a different twist... And this book has a lot of explanations like this...
I'm glad I bought it - given a second chance? I would buy it again..

The authors also take to task traditional research on aging and how it ignores these issues. The authors cover topics of work and retirement, body image,...
