I found the authors covers of the subject to be very sinplistic and superficial. It contains no hints on how to make most of the compositions listed and even less on their use. He list several foumulas but no variations. Had he not made a perfunctory review of safety this book would have had no useful content. I suggest anyone interested in the subject spend their money on another book.
