This book explains mental illness clearly and how the mentally ill person feels and how family members can help.

not adequate information by Elizabeth Konsta (Athens, Greece) 2 Stars

Although the title seemed very promising, I was dissapointed by the absolute thesis of the author, concerning the role of heredity in the development of the illness, as well as the the limited information as a whole.

It was as if the author had spent the last several years watching our lives and was coaching from the sidelines. A must read for those in the same situation.
