Transforming Body Image by S. Klapper (United States) 5 Stars
March 27, 2000
The book "Transforming Body Image" is an excellent resource as I struggle to lose weight. Ms. Hutchinson has helped me realize that I need to feel good about myself before I can change my body on the outside. She has helped me clarify my image of myself and release some beliefs that have limited me. She advises us to make choices about what we want for ourself. The many helpful exercises promote relaxation and enhance my ability to imagine so that I can love the body I have. This is an excellent and possibly necessary adjunct to any weight management program.
