| | WOW, I learned so much from this book by B. Schmitz (Cottage Grove, MN) 5 Stars November 11, 2009 This book is a must for new homebrewers, or people that want to brew better beer in general. I have done about 10 batches of Extract and am moving to all grain. I wish I would have read this prior to brewing those 10, becasue I had a couple of batches that I would have been able to not throw out, if I would have read this book first.
Also got this as a father's day present along with a kegging system. Hint Hint, to all of the people buying presents for someone.
| | How to Brew by Kyle Mendes (pullman, wa) 5 Stars November 07, 2009 If you're interested in home brewing, buy this book! John Palmer does an excellent job explaining how to brew all kinds of beers from extracts to all grain beers with everything you need to know. He also has many recipes in the book for beers. There is only one book you need for brewing and this is it.
