helps take years off of your back by Tamara Castro (Chicago, IL, USA) 5 Stars

I have maintained poor, slouching posture for all of my adult life. Now that I am in my early 40's and a new mother, my back is finally telling me that it has had enough. Until recently, I went to bed each night with a sore and tired back. I like "Walk Tall" in that it makes me re-think my posture and helps me to re-train my posture habit. In addition, the exercise program has worked out well for me and has helped me break out of my nightly back pain. At first try, these exercises seemed too gentle to do much good (no strenuous or big movements are involved). Now that I have stuck with the exercises for a few weeks, I do have considerably less back pain. I highly recommend this book for anyone looking to correct poor posture or relieve back pain. The author's instructions are clear and easy to follow, and her diagram drawings help to maintain proper form during the exercises. If you purchase this book, I recommend the spiral binding, as it helps you to keep the book open to the pages corresponding to whatever exercise you are doing.

My physical therapist highly recommends this book. I found the exercises well illustrated and explained, and am able to progress to more difficult level as I gain strength.

Wonderful book. I didn't know my beginning of a dowager's hump could be reversed, and I could gain back some of my lost height until I saw this book. It's changed my life. Exercises are time consuming at first, but they work, and are worth the time and effort!

This is a pretty good book, but Sera Meeks ripped me off! by Great Cook (Santa Monica, California) 2 Stars

This is not a bad book.I do have better ones though. There are only Stick/people pictures to show you how to Exercise! How to mow, dig, pull a cart, shoveling, how to get out of bed, how to exercise properly etc. There are some good tips in this. But my Physical Therapis has also given me pictures on what to do. I bought this book directly from Sera Meeks after talking to her on the phone. She kept telling me what a wonderful book she happened to have, that she personally worked out of. She did not tell me she wrote this book! Amazon shows this book sells regularly for $16.95, and Amazon sells it for $11.53. Sara Meeks sold me This/Her book for $18.00. Plus $5.00 to ship it to me! Total $23.00. I realize she is in a business, but you do not rip off your customers. I feel anyone that is going to rip someone off for there book, and didn't even sign it, I do not trust. I live in a different state. She knows she would not see me again.
