| | This is my prolapse bible by Louise (Australia) 5 Stars June 03, 2008 This book is my prolapse bible, because it is very well illustrated and has enabled me to understand my own pelvic region and organs better than any other book I have read. The second edition is worth getting for its dance workout and an improved chapter on pelvic anatomy. I have significant prolapses, and after following Christine's techniques for several years I hardly ever notice them any more.
