This is not a book. When I first got it, I thought it was an advertising leaflet and was annoyed with Amazon for charging me for it. Then I read the title and thought, hey, it's my book! Let me tell you, it's not a book. It's an insult. Find a topic - any topic. Sit down at your computer one afternoon and google your topic. Copy and paste any official sounding website copy into a Word Document and print it. If you can call that a book, you can call this a book. I call it a rip-off! The information has been organised into "chapters" of classification. The contect appears to have been gathered per the previous paragraph. It almost seems like this is the surface research the author was conducting in order to write a book (apparently, he has written a book - which I will never buy because I now don't trust him!) The pages are printed landscape, folded in half, a satin-finish cardboard sheet is the cover, and the whole lot is stapled together. Oh, and to add insult to injury, this book did NOT ship with the rest of my order, so I was charged shipping of over half of the cost of ths book itself. Very, very annoyed!

This glorified pamphlet does a cursory job of reviewing the benefits of H2O2 and O3. There are some references here that are useful, so buy this if you want to see the reference section. I highly recommend William Douglass' Hydrogen Peroxide Medical Miracle instead of this book. Buy this if you are researching and are looking for good sources, though.

I bought this "book" after I had purchased and read Ed McCabe's "Flood Your Body with Oxygen" book, which I highly recommend. Seeing that LeBeau's book was only $4.00, I didn't really expect it to be at the same level as McCabe's, which was between $25.00 and $30.00. However, LeBeau's "Hydrogen Peroxide & Ozone" title doesn't really qualify as a book; it's more of a pamphelt with only 36 pages total. Also, it's not very cohesive and gives little insight into the actual benefit or use of either hydrogen peroxide or ozone. And, if I hadn't read McCabe's book first, some of the material in this "book" would have made no sense. Bottom line, spend the extra money to get a book by Ed McCabe or even William Campbell Douglas and by-pass this one altogether.
