Product Description
Provides a valuable resource for women who have dedicated themselves to providing expressed breast milk for their children, for women considering the option, and for medical professionals who work with new mothers. The reasons women choose to exclusively pump are extremely varied: prematurity, illness of the baby or mother, separation, latch problems, and personal preference. It is possible to exclusively pump on a long-term basis and this book will help you do it successfully.

A fabulous resource by Sim Wei Ling (Singapore) 5 Stars

There are tons of books on breastfeeding, but so very little is written on exclusively pumping (EP)! This book was a godsend for me. It opened a whole new world - i had never known of the Medela Symphony, PumpMoms or a whole host of other things until i read it! Stephanie is also very very kind, and answered numerous queries by email. For me, EP is the best option, and allows me to bond very well with my baby without the attendant pains of nursing, and this book has provided me with numerous ways to make EP easier and more enjoyable! A must read.

I am an exclusive pumper due to my daughter's very poor latch. This book is a fabulous resource for any woman who wishes to feed her child breastmilk but can not nurse from the breast directly. A must have for the EPing mom!

Great Resource by Rachel E (Kirksville, MO) 5 Stars

This book is a terrific resource for a soon to be or new mother looking for an alternative option to breastfeeding. I was unable to nurse my first child due to her prematurity, but I still wanted her to have all of the benefits of breast milk. I was only able to exclusively pump for five months, since I didn't decide to EP until about the second month of lactation. But if I had read this book earlier, and learned how to establish a generous supply, I could have been more successful.
