This book is a very good resource for both the people who undergo bariatric surgery and learning how to maintain their weight loss, and also for those who will be helping them in a professional capacity. It is chock full of the pitfalls and how to overcome them so that patients can have maximal success in the hardest part of the whole journey - the maintaining of weight loss.
