| Very satisified..It couldn't be easier!!! by NanaDi (Exeter, PA USA) 5 Stars November 30, 2009 I was recently diagnosed with Celiac's disease. I had been suffering with stomach pain for about 9 years! I have the good fortune at finally finding a very good physician that diagnosed me properly. The info I read about Celiac's disease was overwhelming. This book makes shopping extremely easy. I look up the products ahead of time, make my shopping list and give it to my husband, who does the shopping. He is even looking in the book for brands that our stores carry. This is an amazing book! I recommend it Highly.
| | The Essential Gluten Free Grocery Guide by Katherine A. Addis (tucson,az usa) 4 Stars September 11, 2009 This book is helpful in identifying Name Brand products that are gluten free. I will recommend this book to anyone with celiac (like me) who needs a start in their ability to find products that are gluten free without always having to read labels! I would like to see future issues with more products. As a baker, there are more specific ingredients that I use. I will forward my findings on to the author for his new updates.Kathy
| | Really Pleased by ceekay (N.E. Wisconsin) 5 Stars September 05, 2009 Being new to shopping for gluten-free products, everything was just overwhelming until I purchased this guide. I take it to the grocery store with me and it is really a time-saver. It is surprising what you CAN eat! I was ready to give it all up before this helpful guide came along.
| | An Absolute Must-Need for GF living! by B. Smith (Southern Alabama) 5 Stars August 20, 2009 This guide is essential to your life. Get one and you won't regret it! Do keep in mind that the guide should cost you no more than $20 US dollars. Some people are listing it at $70--- major rip off. DO some research people before you buy!
| | Gluten-Free Grocery Guide by Lulu (Kansas USA) 4 Stars August 17, 2009 This book is very essential to anyone who may have Celiac Disease. However, more grocery stores ought to take a hint, and put more gluten-free products on their shelves. Would make shopping so much easier!!! I recommend this book! :-)
