This is a super book and a must read for everyone who has ever wondered about why they feel so bad all the time. Bio-identical hormones have been a real life-saver for me. They have changed my life completely! Highly recommended!!!!

Interesting theory and worth investigating for those who are interested in alternatives to the current medical theory that pushes drugs on patients, mostly to increase profits in the medical community.

One of my very best friends recommended this book while I was visiting her. I couldn't preview her copy because she had loaned it to her GP. So I did the next best thing, immediately went online to Amazon.com and ordered the book. When it arrived, I could not put it down. As I read through the book, I could relate to Dr. Platt's wisdom, his hormonal balance knowledge. I sometimes felt like he was discussing my and my husband's health issues. We are in our mid to late 60's. Called the clinic and spoke with the Director of Patient Relations, Theresa Grippi. Scheduled myself and my husband for appointments. Cannot wait until October 5th, which was the soonest we could be seen. The book is written in layman's language, very easy to follow. The testimonials are insightful. We have had our bloodwork done. The results are as expected, either out of range (low) or in range at the very low end of the specification. We are very anxious to get started.
