Love this book, we carry it at Facets of Healing. I use aromatherapy in my healing practice and just love this book. It's also to recommend it to those who want to use essential oils at home or work. Beautiful book and easy read.

As the title of the book implies it is a guide. It doesn't imply it is the be all and end all in aromatherapy information. It gives a great overall understanding and a wonderfully basic place to begin one's start into Aromatherapy. I found the book to be of invaluable information. In fact, this book is one of my text books for a college level aromatherapy course I am taking. Combined with Valerie Cooksley's Aromatherapy: Soothing remedies to restore, rejuvenate and heal, it is a great asset to any Aromatherapy library.
