This book is flat out the best if you want to understand immunology! The figures are key! And the text presentation style makes it very palpable even for someone with a non-bio background.

I am a first year med student and this book was GREAT at explaining things and is very thorough. Easy to read and has great diagrams (for those that visual like me!)

It provides what it claims; a simple, easy to understand, upto date, immunology text with great, full color pictures and nice tables. I have used this book for three consecutive years now to teach an immunology course to medical students and neither they, nor I have been let down by it.
