| | Great book! by Alexandra Kashevarova (Jerusalem) 5 Stars November 08, 2009 I've read this book in russian, and decided to buy it in english for my friends and colleagues.
It's a book to change your life, it gives you a way to liberate yourself from your old bad habits, old way of life with no hope. Robin gives clues, shows examples and makes delicate analyses of the reasons we make choices in life. She has invaluable experience, and it's great she wrote a book for us, so we can introduce outselves with the therapy. With every woman Robin pictured, I saw myself, and she revealed recurring pattern of my behavior to me, and I felt amazed. You know how you always think you are very special, and your problems are of unique origin? When you read the book, you'll see that you're not alone, and there is a way out.
| | How to change your life in 48 hours. by J. Creasy (Louisville CO) 5 Stars November 03, 2009 I read this book in 1987 in the space of 48 hours.
I saw myself in the first page and cried for 2 days while reading it over a July 4th holiday.
Once I knew what my problem was, it was easy to fix. I immediately changed my behavior and have been "well" and happily married for 23 years now.Women Who Love Too Much
| | great book by Reader 5 Stars October 19, 2009 This is book is great for any women who want to understand why they love too much. It may be difficult to read, especially in the beginning, because you face the truth. Keep reading, it will bring awareness.
| | This book was my 1st step to recovery from Co-Dependency by L. Davis (MI) 5 Stars August 18, 2009 I read this book about 8 months ago... I found it extremely helpful and was able to identify with most of the characteristics of WWLTM. It helped that, as I reading the book, I was focused on ME; Changing MY dsyfunctional behaviors and coping patterns... the "Recovery WORK" in the last chapters helped me to get started on picking up the pieces and going on with my life--- IF you're ready to stop "care taking and start taking care of yourself then this book can help you....
I think its safe to warn you that this book is not about changing others--- JUST YOU & how you relate/respond to others behaviors! You can love someone who misbehaves but you don't have to accept their behaviors! Best Wishes!!!!
