Don't let the size of this small book fool you - it has lots to say. As a person, who easily gets overwhelmed by all the different health and wellness books out there, I found this one to really resonate with me. It JUST makes sense. We all very easily could do what is written on these pages. There is nothing complicated about stopping and taking a breath when we feel stressed or my favorite, seeing life as a journey and learning to be present. I will definitely use this book as a guide for myself and family - it's too easy to not.
