If you have Rheumatoid Arthritis, you must read it by Juana Perez (Colombia, SA) 5 Stars

I felt completely identified with the author Sonia St. Claire. If you have Rheumatoid Arthritis, you must read this book. You will find that some of the symptons you have, had never been linked with RA. You will begin to understand yourself and become aware of your body. Some of the pains described in this book, I would have never related to RA. Doctors don't tell you (because they don't feel the stress, pain and dispair). They are not sick. Sonia describes in a very easy going manner all about RA and how she went from being truly impaired in bed to freeing herself from RA. We all can!!! Congratulations

This book is an incredible read! It is full of up to date information on how to live a healthy life. Although, the diet is directed towards eliminating Rheumatoid Arthritis, it makes sense that a diet of this kind would boost one's immune system and cure any number of ailments. The author has written a poignant, informative picture of her life story. She reflects on her childhood as an orphan and the considerable abuse that she endured over a long period of time.Resentments and emotional baggage carried from Childhood to adulthood can wreak havoc on one's body. Hence, the crippling effect of rheumatoid arthritis as it ravages the body. The author took fate into her own hands and decided that she was going to heal her body with getting back to nature: eating healthy and eliminating toxic foods, drinks and medicine from her diet. The results are evident, nothing short of miraculous as this once crippled women is now a picture of physically and emotionally health. I thank the author for sharing this with us. It is truly a gift.
