This Work Is A Wonderful Resources For The NLP Community by David Robe (Mid West)  5 Stars

I expected this to be delivered in a large page manual type book and was looking for a flat mailing type package. I was surprised to find a thick box on my porch and when I opened it I saw why. This book is approximately 2 1/2 - 3 inches thick or more. It is well written and can be used by a beginner to a master NLP worker with great value. I am very pleased with the quality, depth and practicality of the material it contains. Like others I have only two suggestions and that would be that in the next printing to make this a spiral bound or note book style resource so it could be more easily laid wide open. The second thought would be to have an index to alphabetically finding things easier as it is packed with excellent material you will turn to for many many years and will be a standard for training resources. This has the potential of being an on going multiple volume encyclopedia over the coming years. You will not be disappointed and it is surprising that this resources is not more in the $50 to $100 dollar or more price range for all it contains and the effort it took to compile and put so much information into a powerfully usable format. We need more authors like this who are both creative, practical in thinking, well researched and pulling together the wealth of variety and approaches with in the NLP community at large vs just their own ideas.

I have been studying hypnosis and NLP now for about one year and I must say that this book helped me very quickly to understand how NLP can be performed. I've read about as much as you can about hypnosis and NLP in a year but this book brought much of what ive learned and had questions about and really molded it all together for me. I loved the 55 hypnotic phrases in which I am perfecting to the best I can and it allows your subconsious to simply flow from one to the next as you even picture your client or partner there in front of you leading and pacing them into the state you and they wish to enter.
If I can state a con about the book is that it needs to be hard cover though the writer of the book presents that he wishes this book is tatered and ripped and well, its as if he injected that suggestion into my subconsious because its high lighted and ripped and I try to take care of my stuff as if it was gold. I take it everywhere with me so im captivated by the authors presentation and I have learned so very much about the subject. Keep up the good work. I will say that an audio would be great which is what most books lack on the subject but non the less, I realize this leads to each individual creating there own style. Either way get the book you wont regret it. Great work.

I was introduced to NLP around 10 years ago and this is by far the most thorough resource that I've found.
The only thing that I can think of that would give added benefit to the text would be the inclusion of an audio CD, since many of the techniques also depend on tone and inflexion. Although dialog is covered the finer points of inflexion are not. When used in the field, whether in sales or therapy, inflexion can be crucial in that it is not the dialog that is essential, but rather where one places emphasis in his or her speech. A Realtor would not simply ask, "When will you be ready to sell your home." Instead, subtle emphasis would be placed on the end of the question, "When will you be ready to SELL YOUR HOME", and thus place a subliminal command that hastens the client to get ready.
There are also body cues that aren't fully addressed.
The dialog text, however, is wonderful.

i think this book is really a big one as NLP concerns..its very simple, nothing complicated, full of "flesh", nothing of fluff and for all of us that are commitmented in improving with NLP, i truly believe this is a "must have" book. one of the things i like most is the ovverviews at the beggining of each nlp's techique. this facilitates the understanding of it.definitely..very good stuff...!
