| Very Informative & Easy To Read book by Gayle (IL) 5 Stars October 22, 2009 I found this book to be most helpful with discussing the causes, treatments, and the future of IBS. It is easy to read and I really liked the question and answer format because I asked alot of those same questions myself. This book has definitely helped me to understand more about IBS and ways that I can deal with it. WORTH THE READ!!

| | Very helpful and informative by jane (USA) 5 Stars October 31, 2008 This book contained a tremendous amount of useful information for me. I enjoyed reading each part of it and did not put it down until I finished it. I have a very good GI doctor that I trust. But, I could never imagine, I could have got that much accurate and scientific information in a very simple format even in 10 or more visit to my doctor's office. Thanks a lot for putting together this helpful guide.
| | What? That's it? by hoots 1 Stars August 31, 2008 This book didn't teach me anything I didn't already know. My doctor told me everything that was in this book the first day I saw him. I would not recommend this book.
| | Very helpful book by Carli A. Sovich 5 Stars May 08, 2008 I have been struggling with digestive issues for about six years now. I've been to a number of different doctors as well as tried many different treatments. I believe that this book has an excellent analysis of IBS, using a much broader spectrum to encompass many different digestive disorders. It is written very well, sticking to the facts and making medical jargon understandable. I think that anyone trying to deal with digestive issues would benefit from reading this book. It gave me a whole new way to look at my problems and lots of new avenues to pursue with regard to maintaining a healthy, happy stomach.
