GOOD SERVICE ON THE PART OF THE SHIPPER!
| | Disapointed by Gloria J. Smith (Ma) 1 Stars May 02, 2009 I bought this book with the thought it would be easy to follow. I guess I was just looking for food carb counts, but this book had too much stuff I didn't need to know. Should of sent it back.
| | Too much junk food! by I love veggies (california) 2 Stars February 05, 2009 The description of this book should clearly state that a huge part of this book is about restaurant and processed food. Since I almost never eat out and never eat at chain restaurants, that part (about half) was not of any value. I would have preferred that the list of whole foods be more exhaustive.
| | Great reference book by Susan C. Cox (Reston VA) 5 Stars January 31, 2009 Not a book you need to read cover to cover, although you could. Very helpful to people both new at carb counting and vets. I continue to go back to it months after I purchased it.
| | guide to accurate barb counting by Anita C. Plute (usa) 5 Stars December 16, 2008 I thought this book was very good because it listed most of the resturant that we go to and it gives us the inforamtion on the food that we eat that counts carb. You do not find this listed very often at the resturant they forget to tell us.
