Now, Ultimate Core Ball Workout takes core training to a higher level with its on-the-ball variations of traditional mat exercises. The unique benefits of ball training enable the program in Ultimate Core Ball Workout to produce better results in less time. Any crunch will work the abs, but this book's crunch on the ball simultaneously engages the stabilizing muscles of the abdomen and lower body, working more muscle and producing a more sculpted midsection faster. The exercises outlined in this book are suitable for all levels, from beginner to fitness professional, and the photo sequences and clearly written captions teach proper techniques. Offering more than just good-looking abs, the program in Ultimate Core Ball Workout produces numerous health and fitness benefits, including a stronger, more supportive back, improved posture, better performance in sports, and even more enjoyable sex. Plus, each exercise is presented with tips and modifications to increase the challenge so readers can continue to improve and get stronger over time. |

| Good book! by joetagaz (Scottsdale, AZ USA) 5 Stars October 23, 2009 Very happy with this book. It's well laid out with plenty of pictures to help explain the various exercises. For most of the exercises the author has a beginners, intermediate and advanced option.
| | Surprised ! by Michael A. Killiany 4 Stars May 15, 2009 I am pretty fit and when I first rec this it looked too basic. I tried one or two exercises and found that this can be very intense! Great techniques on stretching, and form for best results. As I explore each exercise I am learning something new thats helpful!
Worth a look!
| | Lots of workouts to choose from by Working Mom (Kaneohe, HI) 5 Stars February 25, 2009 Very informative & provides detailed explanations & pictures as well as beginner & more advanced versions of the same move.
| | Ultimate Core Ball Workout by R. Sato 4 Stars February 11, 2009 This is a great basic book for beginners and people who need to know the details of core training. I was a little disappointed because it says that it is for all levels, but it doesn't offer much of a challenge for advanced ball users.
| | Great for beginners! by Bo J. Howell (Carson City, NV USA) 4 Stars August 30, 2008 The book has a nice set of beginner, intermediate, and advance workouts, but if you use it regularly it won't last more than six months. Nevertheless, I think it is a good start.
