CUSTOMER REVIEWS (Average Customer Rating: 4.0 based on 8 reviews)
| Great book by David Johnson (AroundtheWorld, USA) 5 Stars January 18, 2009 My 9 year old son totally enjoys all of the Trevor Romain products. We have borrowed his books from our library and DVD's from Netflix. Now we are building our own collection. We were introduced to Trevor Romain while researaching books on stress and anxiety to help my son deal with difficult situations. This is one of my son's favortite books on stress. A nice reference book that says a lot of the same things "mom" says, but in a kid friendly way.
| | Stress Can Really Get On Your Nerves by Christina V. (Florida) 4 Stars January 09, 2007 This book has seemed to work for my son, a perfectionist. I also read Freeing Your Child from Anxiety and when combined with the child reading this book, it puts both the parent and child on the same wavelength. This book allowed my son to understand some of the things I was trying with him and also made him feel more in control of his feelings and how to deal with them.
| | My sense of humor by C.R.C. (USA) 5 Stars December 22, 2006 This book really appeals to my sense of humor. He says many things that need to be said and I like the way he says them (with drawings and words). I think my feelings about the book influence children to share my feelings and to see the points he is making.
| | Trevor Romain has done it again by Learning Abilities Books 5 Stars December 17, 2006 This author has a real talent for combining art and text to present serious subjects in ways that are highly motivational. He uses humor and facts to help with solutions. The very title is funny and profound. Yes, stress can really get on your nerves. You need a sense of humor to appreciate the book. Laughter is one of the best medicines. I recommend this for almost any age: the young, the young at heart, and those who want to be young at heart.
| | a good book to share with younger middle school/late elementary schools students by D. Martin (PA United States) 3 Stars March 11, 2006 Unique and the book deals with an inportant skill for all children to master.
