| Diabetes by Glen (Home) 5 Stars November 04, 2009 I picked this up for my wife who found out recently that she has diabetes.
It has been very helpful to her and myself to understand the complexities of diabetes and the proper foods to be consumed to maintain a healthy blood sugar level. Thank you and I would be very much inclined to purchase from this seller again. Glen

It contains a lot of helpful information in a convenient size and easy-to-use format. It is organized by food group ("exchange") and also lists calories for each group. With this book I can quickly look up the food group and calorie count for an item, to keep my diet on track!

Langley (San Jose, CA USA) 5 Stars August 18, 2009 This is a very handy little reference ASSUMING you are planning your meals around diabetic exchanges and don't already know how most foods are classified and what their serving sizes are. Yes, the information is on the internet and you can find it, copy it, reformat it, print it out, and carry around your own little wad of paper, or you can buy this tidy little booklet and move on to more important things.
| | HANDY LITTLE BOOK by DEBBIE MCNEELY (Deville, LA USA) 4 Stars June 08, 2009 I bought this for my hubby who was recently diagnosed with Diabeteis. It is very handy for him. He can keep it in his shirt pocket or if we go out, I can put it in my purse. It has helped him tremendously. I would recommend this to anyone who is learning what they can and can't have so much of anymore.
